The highlands of North Carolina is where the first hickory rocking chairs were known to be produced. This Highland rocker is as close to the original designs as research and memories could get us. Available with multiple fabric, leather, and finish choices for indoors, this rocker is also a great outdoor rocker. As long as it is kept out of weather extremes, and is maintained properly it will give a lifetime of use. Your choice of finishes and weaves give it just the look you want. Construction
Hand-crafted and assembled using Hickory saplings (from the Tennessee Valley) and veneers or solids, depending on which option you select, for superior strength and durability. Where temperatures drop enough to be uncomfortable for outdoor living, the outdoor furniture should be stored in a covered area out of the elements. If well maintained and cared for, this furniture will give you many years of quality wear.
